📌 Standard Orders

• You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
• After 24 hours, orders enter processing and cannot be canceled.

📌 Custom & Made-to-Order Pieces

• Cancellations for custom or personalized orders must be requested within 12 hours of purchase.
• After this period, cancellations are not possible as work may have already begun.

📌 Refunds

• Approved cancellations will be refunded to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
